Selling the value of tech by telling a story
To write this enterprise technology success story, based on a an interview with the associate publisher and director of Highwire Press, a division of Stanford University libraries, I followed a procedure that works well for most stories:
- Developed a list of interview questions and vetted them with my client
- Submitted the question list to the interviewee in advance so that he could prepare
- Conducted the interview
- Drafted the story and submitted quotes (for my client's reuse) to the interviewee for approval
