For the work, I evaluated and heavily rewrote several of a well-known tech company's existing success stories. I left lots of comments in the rewritten documents to guide the company's success story writers with future work. As part of the project, I also put together this presentation, which summarizes:

  • What was wrong with one of the existing stories (lack of messaging, lack of pains, lack of challenges)
  • A model for success story development

Although I left the name of the technology buyer in the story, I removed other identifying references.  (I'm three touches away from that technology buyer: Tech buyer --> my client's client --> my client --> me).
